When summer has been began, and the heat it getting to the highest point of the years, and corgis are are ending up itching like crazy. Your corgi is up to date with their flea medication, so that is one thing it can’t be. But what is causing them to itch? Well the itching is from the sun causing them to get dry skin. There are a couple cheap and easy ways to help keep your corgi from getting itchy.
Adding two tablespoons of vegetable oil to your corgi’s food will add a little more fat to which helps by giving your corgi a shiny look that keeps dry skin from building up and making your corgi itch. The second trick that should help keeping your corgi from itching takes about one day. Try slicing several lemons and throw them into some boiling water. Let the water with the lemons in it cool down for a day and the put it on your by either pouring it on them or getting a spray bottle and spraying it on to help.
